All ScentPro Explosive Detection Dog Handlers are qualified and licensed. Each undergoing regular refresher and re-licensing training. Our teams operate in line with the current British standards. The majority of our handlers are vetted to CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) level which is carried out by either the Foreign and Commonwealth office or the Ministry of Defence. This level of vetting allows our detection teams to operate in security critical areas. This vetting far surpasses any vetting attained by most of our competitor companies.

ScentPro’s Explosive Detection Dog Teams carry out searches of open areas, venues, routes and vehicles rendering areas safe for public use.

Our managing director originates from a Military and Close Protection background and as such we have an excellent working knowledge of close protection operations. ScentPro offer a dedicated CP support service where by our teams can advance any venue, clear and seal VIP routes and carry out searches of vehicles visiting client’s locations.

We are able to provide cover for any size event or tasking. In addition to detection dog teams, we are also able to supply qualified, experienced POLSA (Police Search Advisors, RESA (Royal Engineer Search Advisor) and Search Managers. These personnel are expertly placed to provide planning and leadership to search teams during larger more intricate search operations.
